Richard Drake is one of the four original [[WikiReductionists]] who simultaneously began massively deleting material from [[WikiWikiWeb]] one morning in 2000. They concentrated their attacks on pages dealing with [[WikiOnWiki]]. They ostensibly wanted to eliminate discussion that was not directly related to computer programming.

After the attack of the [[WikiReductionists]], [[Sunir Shah]] resolved the conflict amicably by creating [[MeatballWiki]] as an alternative location for [[WikiOnWiki]] discussions. A few months later [[Ward Cunningham asked]] Richard Drake to like create a wiki as an alternative location for discussion of Christian topics. Richard Drake thus created [[Why Clublet in November 2000]].
