DocumentMode is when a Wiki contribution is written in the third person and left unsigned. 

Thread mode is a form of discussion where our community holds a conversation. 


Refactoring improves the structure of code without changing the functionality of the application. 
The term has also come to mean rearranging a wiki page to improve it's structure.
